Good to know
The house shares a lot with a second 3 BR / 2.5 bath home. The two houses are fully separate, and each have their own garages and outdoor living and dining spaces. They can be booked together or separately.
Other Details to Note
Our house is not a loud party spot, out of respect for the neighborhood and our neighbors. Please be mindful of other guests and neighbors during your stay by adhering to quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. We have a limit of 6 guests, please ask if you'll have more than that on the property. No pets are allowed on the property. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house, and any violation of this rule will result in a fine of $150 for cleaning purposes. For security, there are exterior cameras on the property. All our exterior gates have manual locks on top that can be engaged for child safety.
